Airtify sells airtime gift cards. These terms cover buying them, sending them, and what a code is worth once somebody has seen it — which is the part most worth reading.

Airtify is operated by Cowrie Integrated Systems (“we”, “us”), registered in Nigeria. You can reach us at airtify@cowriesys.com.
By buying, sending or redeeming an Airtify card you agree to these terms. If you are buying for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to agree on its behalf.
You choose a quantity and a value, design a card, and pay once. We issue one gift card per unit, each with its own code and its own link. You send those links however you like. Whoever opens one can load its value onto a Nigerian mobile number.
We are a distributor of airtime vouchers. The airtime itself is delivered by the mobile networks, and reaching a number depends on them.
You must be 18 or over and able to enter into a contract. Airtify is intended for use in Nigeria and cards can only be redeemed onto Nigerian mobile numbers.
There is no password. We identify you by your email address and send a sign-in link when you ask for one. Anyone with access to that inbox can reach your orders and the cards in them. Keep it secure, and tell us straight away if you think somebody else has it.
Sign-in links are single use and expire fifteen minutes after we send them.
Face value and nothing else. Fifty thousand naira of airtime costs fifty thousand naira; we add no fee and take no margin from what you pay.
Payment is taken by our payment provider on their own page. We never see or store your card details. We do not hold a balance for you — every order is paid in full at the time you place it, and we keep no funds on your behalf between orders.
This is the section worth reading twice, whether you bought a card or received one.
You can put a photo, a message and a signature on a card. You are responsible for them, and you confirm you have the right to use whatever you upload.
Nothing unlawful, hateful, deceptive, or infringing somebody else’s rights. Card pages carry a way to report content, and we can remove an image and redraw the affected cards without it.
Do not attempt to obtain codes you were not given, guess card links, automate attempts against the redemption page, or interfere with the service. We limit repeated attempts and may suspend access where we see abuse.
Buying on behalf of clients, guests, staff or an audience is expressly fine — it is what the product is for.
We work to keep Airtify running and to issue cards promptly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Issuing can be delayed by our suppliers or by the networks.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Otherwise, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for airtime loaded onto a number entered incorrectly, for a code shared with somebody who then spends it, or for delays caused by a mobile network.
We may update these terms, and the date at the top of this page changes when we do. Changes to the gift-card terms in clause 6 apply to cards bought after the change — the terms a card was bought under keep applying to that card.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the courts of Lagos State.
